The agreement is a legally binding employment contract concluded through collective bargaining with the employer and the union. As the teacher, the collective agreement between the Winnipeg School Division and the WTA regulates the terms and conditions of employment in the department. It is a matter of sketching out the obligations and rights and privileges of workers and employers. (a) all references to « teacher » must be read as references to « clinicians » and all references to « taught » are read as references to « served »; and (b) Clause 3 is read as follows: The physician undertakes to perform carefully, faithfully and faithfully the duties entrusted to him or their superintendents, in accordance with Manitoba laws and regulations and the Code and his professional responsibilities.
